"Certainly think that this one deserved its recent "All American" designation. Lavender pink with bright green eye with nearly 6 weeks of total bloom, it was the star of my early midseason garden."

Note: Could not seem to find any specific quotes on this daylily despite the fact it drew several votes. I shall take the liberty to give MM a description. [TW] "MM is an outstanding, black-red, evergreen daylily that grows vigorously even in northern climates. It possess beautiful foliage that remains lush throughout the season. Velvety blooms are ruffled and very finished, especially for a daylily of this color."
