These are bloom size seedlings from Sean Chubb's breeding program for Chubbs Peaches. They have all bloomed at least once already in Sean's nursery, and these have been selected by Sean so that all show the peach trait in the flowers. Chubbs Peach is a genetic group 1 yellow, and when crossed with other group 1 yellows gives seedlings that show either the peach color or yellow flowers. The Chubbs Peach color is dominant over plain group 1 yellow flower color, so these Chubbs Peach plants could be either homozygous peach or peach split for yellow. Note in the pictures how the lighting (various amounts of shade or sun) affects the apparent color of the flowers.
Cat. no. 2170 -- bloom size plant @ US$175.00 per plant, plus shipping & handling. All plants shipped bare root.
